Wade Allen is a seasoned restaurant and retail executive and has extensive knowledge in digital innovation with 22+ years of experience driving transformative business strategy and solutions. Wade is currently the EVP of Strategic Growth for Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill and leads their Marketing, IT, and Off-premise initiatives.
Prior to his executive role with Costa Vida, Wade served as an executive officer in several different senior leadership roles for almost a decade with Brinker International including CDO, CIO, Head of Innovation, and VP of Marketing.
Wade is recognized for building innovative digital and mobile customer experiences using integrated marketing, data, and emerging technologies.
Wade specializes in restaurant and retail innovation, information technology, data security, customer loyalty, digital transformation, mobility, digital strategy, and advanced analytics.

Kendall Ware is an IFA-certified franchise executive. As the first external Board Member, Kendall works closely with the founder and executive team to help Milagro achieve its long-term strategy and goals.
Kendall Ware has already spent more than half of his life as a strategic business and franchise leader establishing his leadership skills in expanding brands, building great teams, and improving operations.
He was previously the President and Chief Brand Officer of Cinnabon and Carvel. As part of his role, Kendall was in charge of all aspects of brand management for the two specialty brands and their 1,300+ locations across North America. His areas of focus included strategic expansion, innovation, franchise operations, and marketing.

Pankaj Patra is the EVP and Chief Digital & Technology Officer at Denny’s overseeing the Digital Transformation and Technology stack for all Denny’s and KeKe’s.
Pankaj Patra also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Brinker International, Inc., one of the world’s leading casual dining companies and home of Chili’s® Grill & Bar and Maggiano’s Little Italy®.
Pankaj oversaw information technology and data security for Brinker and its brands, which are known leaders of technology and convenience for the casual dining industry. Being a technologist at heart, he and his team focus on the balance between business and tech needs, while implementing solutions to improve the Team Member and Guest experience and drive key results.

He is also an investor in several other companies in trucking, restaurants, payment processing and car dealerships space.
