We look for the maximum potential to scale a business. All of our investments must meet certain requirements highlighted below. We invest in quick service, fast casual, full-service restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, or any other food-related business.
Not a franchisee of another brand with restrictions on Technology & Marketing
Have at least 5 existing locations
Average unit volume at or above the industry
Differentiators from the rest of the industry such as amazing food quality
Because we want to maximize our potential growth, we believe that such maximization of growth is capped by most franchisors, therefore, we do not invest in franchised brands unless it is directly in the franchisors themselves where we can have a direct impact.
