SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and manage our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating and posting engaging and relevant content that showcases the value and benefits of our restaurant operating system and builds a loyal and active community of followers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish original and captivating content for our social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tiktok)
- Research and analyze our target audience, their preferences, behaviors, and feedback
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries on our social media channels
- Collaborate with the copywriter, design team, and other marketing staff to ensure consistency and alignment of our brand voice and tone
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and conversions
- Track and measure the performance of our social media activities using analytics tools and report on the results and insights
- Identify and leverage the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools
Skills & Qualifications Required
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and appealing content for different platforms and audiences
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
- Creativity and innovation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Should be flexible and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Should be self-motivated and able to work on own. Needs to be a strong team player with eagerness and ability to pick up new technologies within the project context.
- Should be enthusiastic. Must have an attitude to learn and grow.

- Experience with social media management tools such Hootsuite
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads
- Experience with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Mention
- Experience with social media outreach or influencer marketing
