Kendall Ware is an IFA-certified franchise executive. As the first external Board Member, Kendall works closely with the founder and executive team to help Milagro achieve its long-term strategy and goals.

Kendall Ware has already spent more than half of his life as a strategic business and franchise leader establishing his leadership skills in expanding brands, building great teams, and improving operations.

He was previously the President and Chief Brand Officer of Cinnabon and Carvel. As part of his role, Kendall was in charge of all aspects of brand management for the two specialty brands and their 1,300+ locations across North America. His areas of focus included strategic expansion, innovation, franchise operations, and marketing.

Hamed is the CEO and founder of Milagro. His vision from the start has been to empower the smaller multi-unit restaurants from 5-500 sites to compete with enterprise brands by providing them a Restaurant Operating System that even enterprise brands lack. He is an avid believer in Actionable, Transactional Data in any business but especially in restaurants. 

He has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience driving sales growth in different industries.

Hamed has held a number of high-tech executive management positions over the past 20 years. As a serial entrepreneur, Hamed actively functions as Chief Executive Officer of Vivant and Utiliko. He is also an investor in several other companies in trucking, restaurants, payment processing and car dealerships space.
