About Milagro

Our story begins in 2014 where we set out to change the restaurant industry by bringing smart solutions to help solve the problem of individualized marketing. In 2014, we were way too early to the game but never-the-less made some headway.

 

With our grand and seemingly impossible vision to build out a complete solution to provide full analytics of every restaurant guest across the industry, we started our company. Our goal then was to use Business Intelligence to learn the guest behavior and effectively advertise to them. Today, knowing that the restaurant industry lags in adaptation and innovation of technology, primarily due to incumbents blocking innovations, we believe that those who fail to adopt technology will soon be replaced with those who embrace and master the adaptation.

Milagro is a Spanish word that means “miracle.” It is often used to refer to a surprising or remarkable event that is perceived to be the result of divine intervention. The word can also be used more broadly to describe something that is considered to be exceptional or extraordinary. In English, the word “miracle” is often used in a similar way.
